You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution through requirement definition and process documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, measurable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and system functionality.
• Develop interface requirements including source-to-target mapping.
• Lead meetings to gather requirements and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze data findings using basic SQL select statements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• 5+ years of experience across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex assignments with minimal assistance.
• 5+ years of experience learning and documenting new systems and processes.
• 3+ years of experience writing interface and mapping documentation.
• 2+ years of experience writing SQL select statements for data analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret vendor API documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience supporting HR or eCommerce system implementations.
• 2+ years of experience using Atlassian Jira for requirement management.
• 2+ years of experience partnering with vendor support teams.
