You will bridge business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, managing testing, and documenting system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze problems or opportunities, trace their sources, and define necessary actions.
• Document interface requirements and create source-to-target mappings.
• Manage requirements and track progress using Atlassian Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience with SDLC across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries (select statements).
• Experience supporting or implementing HR and/or e-Commerce systems.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting vendor API documentation.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for requirements management.
• Experience partnering with vendor support teams.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly.
