You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions through requirement gathering and system analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, measurable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes, system functionality, and support materials.
• Develop interface requirements, including source-to-target mapping documentation.
• Facilitate meetings to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze problems by tracking down root causes and identifying necessary corrective activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full SDLC using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex assignments and learning new systems or processes.
• 5+ years of experience in meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
• 5+ years of experience creating business process documentation.
• 3+ years of experience writing interface requirements and source-to-target mappings.
• 2+ years of experience writing basic SQL queries (select statements) for data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting vendor API information.
• 2+ years of experience using Atlassian JIRA to manage requirements.
• 2+ years of experience partnering with vendor support.
