This role resolves application functional and logical issues while providing end-user support and incident lifecycle management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve application functional and logical issues to maintain service quality.
• Provide end-user support and guidance for system usage.
• Support incident lifecycle management from detection to resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to drive resolution and reduce response times.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or functional application support.
• Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Enterprise Information Systems (EIS).
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex incident lifecycles in enterprise environments.
