Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical system configurations for Microsoft Field Dynamics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritize business application requirements through direct user interviews.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and system configurations using SDLC and AIM methodologies.
• Develop and execute system test plans and production deployment plans using the ITIL framework.
• Troubleshoot application issues in partnership with developers and database administrators.
• Provide user training and guidance to improve application proficiency across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology-related applications and business application support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Field Dynamics.
• Proficiency in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience with AIM implementation management methodology.
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Proven ability in business process development.
• Experience in user acceptance testing and requirements documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving non-recurring technical issues.
• Ability to create and present effective business cases.
