Description

You will bridge the gap between business users and IS teams to define, design, and execute technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and finalize business requirements by interfacing with stakeholders and IS teams.
• Analyze existing processes to recommend improvements based on customer experience, cycle time, and risk/reward analysis.
• Develop technology solution designs and manage new business processes within an agile, cross-functional environment.
• Create mock-ups and wireframes for "TO BE" systems and document "AS-IS" processes.
• Refine user stories and acceptance criteria while coordinating project status and action items.
• Support project phases including knowledge transition and act as a subject matter expert on client engagements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proven ability to gather functional requirements and write clear, unambiguous documentation.
• Experience creating wireframes and system mock-ups.
• Experience writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams in an agile setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Order Entry domains.
• Expertise in SQL with the ability to write database queries.
• Ability to read and understand code.
