Description

Bridge the gap between business users and IS teams to define, design, and execute technology solutions. You will own the requirements process from initial stakeholder interviews through to agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and finalize business requirements by interfacing directly with stakeholders and IS teams.
• Analyze existing processes to recommend improvements based on customer experience, cycle time, and risk/reward analysis.
• Develop technology solution designs and manage new business processes within an agile, cross-functional environment.
• Create mock-ups and wireframes for "TO BE" systems and document "AS-IS" processes.
• Refine user stories and acceptance criteria while coordinating project status and action items.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proven ability to gather functional requirements and write clear, unambiguous documentation.
• Experience creating wireframes and system mock-ups.
• Experience writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams in an agile setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Order Entry domains.
• Expertise in SQL with the ability to write database queries.
• Ability to read and understand code.
