Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver web-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable system specifications.
• Map business process flows and create detailed data mapping documents.
• Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria in JIRA and track them to closure.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to align solutions with system capabilities.
• Identify project risks and communicate potential solution strategies to PMs and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Domain expertise in Trading (Equities, Mutual Funds, ETFs, REITs), Wealth Management, or Retirement Solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful web services and API testing via Postman, SOAP UI, or Advanced Rest Client.
• Proficiency in JIRA for story management and requirements tracking.
• Experience with business process mapping using Visio.
• Strong technical skills in Excel and web-based application troubleshooting using browser developer tools.
• Experience writing service specifications using Swagger or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within agile methodologies.
• Proven background in requirements elicitation and business process mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Single Page Apps (SPA).
