Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Finance leadership, business users, and IT teams.
• Support banking, accounts receivable, and other finance-related business processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution across business and technical teams.
• Analyze and support integrations between PeopleSoft and other enterprise systems.
• Assist with ERP-related configurations, testing, and system enhancements.
• Support reporting needs using existing queries, reports, and tools while minimizing new development.
• Modify and enhance existing reports and dashboards as business needs evolve.
• Document business requirements, workflows, and system processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Provide support during the organization's ongoing Workday implementation and transition efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Strong ERP systems experience, preferably supporting financial applications.
• Experience with PeopleSoft administration, support, or integrations.
• Knowledge of relational databases and ability to work with existing queries and reporting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting system enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday experience, especially within Finance modules or ERP implementations.
• Experience supporting financial systems, banking, accounts receivable, and accounting processes.
• Familiarity with Cognos reporting.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• Public sector or government experience is a plus.
