You will translate business needs into technical specifications and lead requirements analysis for banking systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop system specifications and requirements by working directly with systems users.
• Translate user requirements into detailed technical specifications with minimal guidance.
• Apply business systems knowledge to ensure relevant research areas are addressed.
• Drive requirements gathering and analysis processes using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis.
• 5+ years of experience serving as a Business Systems Analyst within a banking or financial institution.
• 5+ years of experience leading and driving requirements and analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis using SQL and analytical tools.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Technology background preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with current and emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing.
• Experience with AI and Machine Learning.
