Description

You will design and implement end-to-end solutions within complex, multi-system integration environments. You will manage both steady-state maintenance and enhancement tracks through detailed requirements analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes to uncover improvement areas and develop optimization strategies.
• Conduct requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and documentation of stories and test cases.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage competing resources to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain web applications and manage system integrations and bug fixes.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge with data mining experience.
• Experience with web application development, API development, and integration processes.
• Proven track record working in complex integration environments involving custom web applications and ERP systems.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions that integrate with surrounding systems.
• Expertise in preparing business analysis documents, user stories, and test cases.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and presentation skills for communicating insights to management.
• Experience working with infrastructure, real estate, or capital projects systems.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in IWMS areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or an MBA.
