You will translate enterprise business needs into precise system specifications, leading requirements gathering and data analysis for banking and financial services applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements for corporate-scale applications.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications with minimal guidance.
• Conduct data analysis, mapping, and validation to support integrations and reporting.
• Lead requirements sessions and drive documentation across multiple projects.
• Support system testing, validation, and implementation to ensure solution alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Experience with data analytics tools: Alteryx and Tableau.
• Strong background in data analysis and data mapping.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Ability to work independently on complex system specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Cloud Computing, AI, and Machine Learning technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale system implementations.
