What's the Job?

• Analyze and document requirements related to middleware integrations and API management software, with a focus on MuleSoft or similar technologies.
• Support the product team by gathering business requirements, conducting competitive analysis, and assisting with product design.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, including data mapping, system diagrams, and validation of integration approaches.
• Investigate backend systems such as mainframes to troubleshoot and verify data through tools like SOAP UI.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of IT Business Systems Analysis experience, especially in API integration between applications.
• Experience documenting requirements for middleware integrations and API management, with MuleSoft preferred or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, WebServices, and data mapping techniques.
• Ability to investigate backend systems and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact across technical and business teams
