Description

Bridge the gap between end users and technical teams through application support, requirements gathering, and system testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and resolve system errors in collaboration with technical teams.
• Gather requirements for enhancement requests and translate them into functional design documents.
• Develop test cases and perform system testing to ensure quality before release.
• Acquire business sign-off for all release items.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a technical support or business analysis role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of application support processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle EBS Support.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing.
