You will bridge the gap between scientific research needs and technical AI engineering solutions by translating complex requirements into clear specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex scientific requirements into technical specifications for AI Engineering teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with scientists in Research and Clinical business units to understand operational challenges.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering and AI Adoption teams to develop solutions for the scientific community.
• Facilitate communication between Digital Transformation and scientific stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to scientists on the use of IT solutions and platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of scientific research processes and methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate scientific concepts into technical requirements.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with IT technologies and platforms used in scientific research and clinical settings.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's or PhD with 5+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the Biopharma or Biotech industry.
