Description

You will manage data security access, system analysis, and project execution for clinical and provider databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership of security classes and enforce least-privilege access for EMP and SER databases.
• Define operational processes for user onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access transitions.
• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, detailed workflows, and test plans.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to align security roles with clinical job functions and technical templates.
• Track system issues, manage change requests, and compile weekly status reports for project milestones.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data processing, computer systems, and application management.
• Proficient understanding of database structures, system design, and data retrieval methodologies.
• Experience with Epic or similar clinical information systems and security coordination.
• Ability to gather requirements and obtain formal client sign-off on technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and tactical communication for handling sensitive technical data.
• Supervisory experience managing resources and enforcing project standards.
• Background in network services or telecommunications.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
• Experience running compliance audit reports on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences.
