Description

Own functional requirements and bridge communication between customers, development teams, and third parties throughout the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, detailed test plans, and documented workflows.
• Analyze, map, and document business processes, securing formal client sign-off on specifications.
• Manage project execution by tracking deadlines, resources, risks, and dependencies, and producing weekly progress reports for the Project Manager.
• Handle day-to-day change requests and ensure technical issues are identified, tracked, and resolved timely.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, delivering clear presentations and managing sensitive communications with diplomacy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data processing, computer systems, and applications.
• Practical scripting experience with PowerShell and Bash.
• Strong understanding of SQL, MySQL, network principles, and database management.
• Proven experience in software implementation, integration, and application support (client-server and web-based).
• Experience in remote and on-site technical support, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement and handle stress effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, MCSA, or ITIL.
