Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems design.
• Proven experience redesigning IVR systems for voice channel self-service.
• Experience leveraging AI solutions within the IVR space.
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques and business intelligence.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or Systems Design.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in insurance financial engines and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with SQL, Databases, and reporting tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
