Lead AI-driven transformations and optimize insurance product delivery through strategic business analysis and process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes to uncover improvements and ensure strategic alignment.
• Develop actionable business intelligence and analytics to drive decision-making.
• Implement data governance, data management, and data quality strategies.
• Model business processes for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Lead continuous reviews of business processes to develop optimization strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems design.
• Proven experience redesigning IVR systems for voice channel self-service.
• Experience leveraging AI solutions within the IVR space.
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques and business intelligence.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Scrum Master Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in insurance financial engines and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with SQL, Databases, and reporting tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
