Description

Own business systems analysis for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) products, guiding technology solutions from requirements through post-deployment support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support technology product planning and development within TPRM.
• Conduct business process mapping to analyze current-state and future-state TPRM workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide design and development teams.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to analyze and design technology solutions addressing third-party risk and compliance needs.
• Facilitate communication between business, technology, compliance, and risk teams, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect triage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis.
• Strong domain experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to document workflows, data mapping, system configurations, and technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and internal risk management standards.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OneTrust or similar TPRM/GRC platforms.
• Familiarity with risk, legal, compliance, or regulatory environments.
