Description

Support SN Asset Inventory and Rapid7 integration while leading upcoming Asset Management projects. Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage cross-functional teams for risk analysis and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements, technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and change management documentation.
• Develop integration plans, acceptance testing scenarios, and process changes to meet user requirements.
• Interview business partners and interact with vendors to manage integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead risk analysis and facilitate risk mitigation strategies across projects.
• Manage data cleanups, tagging, and mapping servers to applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business and process analysis functions.
• Deep familiarity with Inventory and Asset Management processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar tool-agnostic asset management workflows.
• Expertise in Use Case modeling, User Story creation, and narrative description standards.
• Experience working in Agile, Agile SCRUM, and traditional Waterfall environments.
• Proven experience managing data cleanups, AWS tagging, and server-to-application mapping.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience with process architectures and systems analysis methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree.
