Bridge business requirements and technical execution in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily scrum stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and use cases.
• Collaborate with development, QA, data analysts, and data architects during design reviews.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production incident resolution, and user training.
• Support product owners with backlog maintenance and release scheduling.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience within the Financial Services domain.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments with weekly or bi-weekly iterations.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data mapping.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, use case diagrams, and workflow diagrams.
• Experience using JIRA for project tracking.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Business Process Management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
