Responsibilities

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Design, test, and implement new systems and enhancements based on business and customer requirements.
• Provide technical expertise to identify and develop cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical malfunctions and resolve day-to-day system issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Consult with users to design frameworks and processes that deliver viable, consistent solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven ability to research and design automated system frameworks.
• Experience in system testing and supervising implementation to meet site requirements.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and risk research capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical system requirements.
• Experience providing technical consultation to end users.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
