Description

You will own and optimize key operational systems across finance, procurement, and e-commerce.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP functions including Financials, Order Management, Inventory, and Reporting.
• Oversee Coupa procurement and spend management workflows, covering P2P, Invoicing, and Supplier Management.
• Administer and enhance the Shopify online store, managing product setup, checkout, and payment flows.
• Lead system integrations between NetSuite, Coupa, and Shopify using APIs or middleware tools like Celigo/Boomi.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and e-commerce teams to align systems with business goals and data needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency with NetSuite ERP.
• Direct experience administering Coupa for procurement workflows.
• Hands-on administration of the Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs or middleware like Celigo and Boomi.
• Familiarity with financial and procurement business processes.
• Any Graduate education level.
