Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize Sales Operations systems and workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for Salesforce and commercial tools, investigating and resolving user-reported issues.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, process flows, and test cases.
• Execute system testing, bug fix verification, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure release readiness.
• Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into system usage, adoption, and performance.
• Create training materials and host sessions to support user enablement and feature adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, and Jira.
• Proven ability to document functional requirements and technical process flows.
• Experience facilitating meetings and managing communication between business and technical audiences.
• Strong methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
