Description

You will serve as both Business Analyst and Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, bridging requirements and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements to support system development.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments for multiple agile teams.
• Manage workflows using Agile, Lean Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
• Support processes across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience working within Waterfall environments.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
