Description

Manage end-to-end compensation cycles and system configurations within Varicent ICM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation plans, crediting rules, rate tables, quotas, and hierarchies in Varicent.
• Execute monthly and quarterly commission calculations and validate all outputs.
• Design calculation logic, variables, and workflows using Varicent Studio.
• Perform data validation and quality checks using SQL and reporting tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports for Sales Leadership and Finance.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Varicent ICM.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation plan structures, crediting rules, and territory management.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, modeling, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
