Description

Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution by documenting requirements and supporting agile development processes.

Responsibilities

• Document business goals and prepare detailed requirement specifications, user stories, or functional requirement documents for development teams.
• Act as a proxy for the process owner within agile workflows to facilitate progress and clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to produce project documentation, including roadmaps, release plans, and status updates.
• Partner with QA Analysts to develop test cases, scenarios, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training plans, and assist with end-user training.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Financial processes, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, sales pipeline, and pricing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft desktop applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to support the implementation of corporate-wide initiatives and global finance processes.
• Experience maintaining confidential information and ensuring processes align with company policy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM applications or data migration projects.
