Description

You will act as a technical liaison managing data-driven business processes and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex data mapping and transformation tasks to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and manage ETL processes to support business intelligence needs.
• Query and analyze large datasets using SQL to drive system improvements.
• Communicate technical requirements and data findings to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL development and implementation.
• Proven experience working with data warehouse architectures.
• Strong expertise in data mapping and transformation logic.
• Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia up to 3 times per week.
• Residency within the tri-state area is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
