Description

You will serve as a technical Business Analyst specializing in data warehousing and ETL application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and mapping documents for ETL development.
• Write complex SQL queries across multiple tables to perform data analysis and profiling.
• Collaborate with data modelers to define necessary table designs.
• Manage diverse, complex, and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Support testing phases and production releases, including potential weekend or off-hours support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar technical roles.
• Expert-level SQL for complex querying and data profiling.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Business Process Modeling.
• Experience with Data Modeling and Database Design.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Technical toolset including Visio, Power BI, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in healthcare and data warehousing environments.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or Tableau.
