Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams for the FABS initiative. You will own requirements analysis, documentation, and testing coordination across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis to define business and system needs.
• Develop detailed system requirements for technical implementation.
• Plan and support System Testing (ST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate workflows and communication across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
• Experience managing ST and UAT planning and execution.
• Ability to coordinate between business and technology departments.
• Experience working on large-scale initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
