You will bridge business needs and technical solutions within the finance domain, focusing on treasury and cash management workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements alongside treasury, cash management, and corporate banking stakeholders.
• Analyse, model, and improve treasury workflows, covering liquidity management, bank account management, and intercompany cash flows.
• Coordinate solution design, testing, and deployment activities with IT teams and external vendors.
• Create user stories, use cases, and process diagrams to support development efforts.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide end-user support during rollouts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking products, payments, and cash management.
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and banking APIs/host-to-host connections.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and business process modelling.
• Expertise in Stakeholder Engagement.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing.
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
