You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into technical solutions for judicial or business systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and write user stories, epics, and technical design documents.
• Analyze judicial or business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend system changes.
• Collaborate with management, system users, and development teams to define functionality and manage change requests.
• Conduct needs assessments, evaluate data feasibility, and troubleshoot problems as a liaison between departments.
• Mentor and lead business analysts on small to medium-scale projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of business analyst experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Agile best practices and test-driven development.
• Project management experience with the ability to lead projects to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with high-level customers and technical staff.
• Ability to create business process documentation, flowcharts, and wireframe designs.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Public Administration, Computer Science, IT, or Social Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of court case management systems or similar platforms.
• Experience in evaluating data through task analysis, surveys, and workshops.
• Ability to create technical software requirements and conduct end-user training.
