Description

You translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage data workflows between Client Services and development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and statements of work.
• Design data mappings and transformations to support ETL processes.
• Query and analyze data using SQL Server, Excel, and Access.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Document requirements, business rules, and processes for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Process Specialist.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database structures.
• Experience with ETL concepts and data modeling.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to translate complex business rules into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with user acceptance testing and QC collaboration.
• Experience in compliance-focused environments with strict attention to detail.
