Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with technical solutions while evaluating long-term implications.
• Execute business process reengineering and optimization techniques to improve efficiency.
• Manage requirements and documentation within Agile frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders using written, verbal, and chat communication.
• Support release management processes and associated tools.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
• Expertise in Visio for process mapping.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
• Experience with business process reengineering.
• Familiarity with release management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a business degree with a technology emphasis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, or Postman.
• Agile, requirement elicitation, or SAFe certifications.
