Description

You will serve as a Business Systems Analyst in the Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Learning Systems (RLCLS) domain, focusing on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). You will partner with domain leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive technology product planning.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements to support TPRM technology product development.
• Conduct business process mapping to analyze TPRM workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide technology design and implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions addressing third-party risk challenges.
• Support the product lifecycle from analysis through design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes and domain knowledge.
• Proficiency in data mapping and documenting technical specifications.
• Ability to facilitate communication between business, technology, and risk teams.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and solution validation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OneTrust is a plus.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
