Description

You will support SaaS products by managing configuration, vendor coordination, and technical support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration changes in the LiveVox application.
• Coordinate with vendors for testing during product releases.
• Create vendor cases and track closure status.
• Provide L2/L3 support for SaaS products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in running SQL queries.
• Knowledge of API requests and responses using Postman.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience with Soft-Phone integration.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
