Drive the requirements and implementation lifecycle for business systems, ensuring scalable solutions and compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to recommend and design improvements.
• Partner with architects, developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure acceptance criteria are met during releases.
• Support data integration, reporting, and dashboards while ensuring SOX and PCI-DSS compliance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Exposure to microservices and cloud-native applications.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of modern DevOps practices.
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe.
