Description

You will partner with internal Business Technology and Support teams to maintain and enhance systems powered by Salesforce.com. You own the delivery of systems on the Support roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy. As product owner within scrum teams, you manage business requirements, user stories, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of systems on the Support roadmap to meet business strategy and needs.
• Act as product owner within scrum teams, managing business requirements, user stories, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with environments, services, and product teams to define delivery roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot and triage reported system issues to facilitate resolution with technical teams.
• Identify technology improvement opportunities to enhance customer and analyst experiences.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting enterprise-sized organizations.
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com Service Cloud.
• 1+ year of experience with agile development processes.
• Experience providing technical or customer support.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables in a changing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
