Analyze legal business processes and systems to implement efficiency improvements, focusing on contract lifecycle management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide business process improvements within Salesforce and Conga environments.
• Translate legal business requirements into technical functional deliverables.
• Collaborate with Business Technology teams to implement solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Author detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and user acceptance testing scripts.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and the Conga Contract Management Lifecycle suite.
• Experience working within a Corporate Legal environment.
• Proficiency with Conga CLM, Atlassian Jira, and AppExchange.
• Strong ability to elicit requirements and define business cases.
• Expertise in developing business process flow diagrams.
• Competency in data management and business data analytics for reporting.
• Skilled in CRM management and workflow automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apttus CPQ.
