Description

You partner with internal Business Technology and Support teams to maintain and enhance Salesforce-powered systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of systems on the Support roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Act as product owner within scrum teams, managing business requirements, user stories, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with environments, services, and product teams to define delivery roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot and triage reported system issues to facilitate resolution with technical teams.
• Identify technology improvement opportunities to enhance customer and analyst experiences.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting enterprise-sized organizations.
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com Service Cloud.
• 1+ year of experience with agile development processes.
• Experience providing technical or customer support.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables in a changing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant working experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of total working experience in business systems analysis.
