Description

You will own the end-to-end system development life cycle for healthcare systems, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements using interviews, use cases, and user stories.
• Create and maintain system specifications, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and support system testing.
• Analyze current processes to recommend improvements based on industry trends.
• Collaborate with program staff and external partners to enhance training and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of business analyst experience.
• Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with healthcare system implementations and standards such as HIPAA and PHI.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and identifying efficiencies in complex systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, Computer Science, or a related field.
