You will analyze business needs and translate them into actionable system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze initiative requests for feasibility and approach.
• Develop user stories and functional specifications based on captured business processes.
• Create and document use cases and view specifications for application enhancements.
• Conduct client interviews to document and solicit ambiguous requirements.
• Support delivery team activities, including status reporting and expectation management.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with business support operations in a property and casualty insurance setting.
• Successful track record translating business needs into user stories.
• Proven understanding of Scrum processes.
• Working knowledge of diagramming techniques (Functional Decomposition, Data Flows, Activity Diagrams).
• Experience writing functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and lead decision-making processes in a collaborative environment.
• Understanding of agile development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience on product delivery teams using agile methodology.
