You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by analyzing system needs and designing functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze initiative requests for feasibility and perform initial impact analysis on existing applications.
• Document ambiguous requirements through user stories, functional specifications, use cases, and view specifications.
• Design business processes and system solutions to solve cross-functional business problems.
• Manage client expectations and support delivery team activities including planning and status reporting.
• Investigate system incident reports and assist in troubleshooting anomalies identified by end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in writing and managing user stories.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to conduct client interviews to capture and document business processes.
• Experience performing problem analysis on system incident reports.
• Skill in estimating levels of effort for technical assignments.
• Competency in soliciting requirements in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
