Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and IT development by managing requirements and supporting system alignment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business artifacts to develop, maintain, and document requirements, use cases, and process workflows.
• Write user stories for Scrum teams and maintain the Oracle E-Business Suite product backlog.
• Create test plans and scripts, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and document results.
• Troubleshoot application errors, identify data quality issues, and implement root cause solutions.
• Develop user training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business and systems analysis, design techniques, and Agile concepts.
• 7+ years of experience eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements and functional specifications.
• 7+ years of experience working on IT development projects, including data flows and process re-engineering.
• 7+ years of experience managing user acceptance testing and supporting end-users.
• 7+ years of experience developing SQL or using other data analysis tools.
• 7+ years of proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• 7+ years of experience in relationship building and communicating across all organizational levels.
• Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or CARDINAL HRIS.
• Background working in Human Resources environments.
• CBAP or CSPO certifications.
