Description

You will act as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately documented and implemented.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements using techniques such as JAD sessions, interviews, and shadowing to produce RFPs, SOWs, and process flows.
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to support product owners, developers, and QA teams.
• Partner with technical leads to identify integration requirements, including data source identification and source/target mappings.
• Manage the full SDLC process for enhancements and defect remediation, including build vs. buy analysis and cost/benefit assessments.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate meetings to resolve requirement conflicts and prioritize backlogs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency with SDLC processes and methodologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong understanding of Web Application and Client/Server application concepts.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution in coordination with QA testing.
• Proven ability to perform data integration analysis and mapping.
• Demonstrated skill in meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder negotiation.
• Ability to perform triage and problem-solving for urgent production break-fix issues.
