Description

You will act as the primary link between business owners and technical IT teams to align project objectives with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements, define project scope, and perform risk analysis to meet business needs.
• Convert business requirements into functional requirements, process flows, and context diagrams.
• Break down user stories into Minimum Viable Product (MVP) components for the development team.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), business validation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Track user adoption and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including use case development.
• 5+ years of experience with Waterfall methodology.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis tools and techniques.
• 5+ years of strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 4+ years of experience documenting business process flows.
• 4+ years of professional facilitation experience.
• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents, Decision Briefs, and Dataflow Diagrams.
• Experience developing test cases, scripts, and training materials.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP Certification (3+ years).
• Technical knowledge (3+ years).
• Product Management experience (3+ years).
