Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and IT development to maintain and improve core systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business artifacts to develop requirements and write user stories for Scrum teams.
• Maintain the OEBS product backlog to ensure a continuous flow of tasks for developers.
• Create test plans and scripts, conduct user acceptance testing, and document results.
• Troubleshoot application errors, identify data quality issues, and implement resolutions.
• Develop end-user training materials and provide ongoing application support to agency users.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• 7+ years working on IT development projects, including use cases and process workflows.
• 7+ years of experience with functional specifications and process re-engineering.
• 7+ years supporting development, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• 7+ years of experience developing SQL or using other data analysis tools.
• 7+ years of proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Strong ability to communicate technical and functional concepts to all organizational levels.
• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
