Description

You will bridge Human Resources and Information Technology to optimize business processes and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current HR processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements.
• Gather, document, and translate business needs into detailed system requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to manage change management processes.
• Develop new business processes and provide guidance for functional areas covered by the ERP.
• Perform HR data analysis, reporting, and system administration to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2-3 years of direct experience in system analysis and project implementation.
• Proven ability to document complex HR business processes and use cases.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system specifications.
• Competency in business modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage project tasks using project management software and collaboration tools.
