Description

Act as the primary link between business owners and technical IT teams to drive project objectives through structured analysis and requirement management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and convert business needs into process flows and functional requirements.
• Bridge the gap between Product Owners and development teams by facilitating knowledge transfer and collaboration.
• Define project scope, conduct risk analysis, and manage the continuous prioritization of requirements.
• Break down user stories into Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and identify epics and features within business domain initiatives.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), business validation meetings, and refinement ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven experience working closely with Product Owners to develop and manage product strategy.
• Ability to serve as a Proxy Product Owner or Business Lead when required.
• Strong facilitation skills for requirement gathering and sprint ceremonies.
• Competency in backlog management and using Agile tools for estimation and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex business initiatives into actionable technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills to ensure shared understanding of product vision across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to track user adoption and engagement metrics to identify areas for product improvement.
